Gathering massive amounts of incomming links no longer does the trick. I predict many forms of marketing are going to be combined into the Internet Marketing melting pot in the future. If an seo does not start blending and using traditional marketing as part of the big picture, I dont see them surviving for more then another year or two. They need to help come up with unique things that they can promote that no one else in their industry is doing. This will help with increase their buzz which usually increases links.
