A little insight into his history
In 1988, Folse made international headlines with the opening of “Lafitte’s Landing East†in Moscow during the Presidential Summit between Ronald Reagan and Mikhail Gorbachev. In 1989, Folse was the first non-Italian chef to create the Vatican State Dinner in Rome.
Cafe Du Monde was started in 1862 in the New Orleans French Market. Nothing compares to their Cafe Au Lait and Beignets.

Cajun Fry is from my hometown of Pierre Part, Louisiaian. I recommend the Jambalaya Mix. Orders are in bulk and well worth it! Even old time Cajuns love there products! If enough people want to go in together on a order we can order a variety of their products. Then each of us can have a gift basket of sorts. I will do all the work. Just let me know.
